In keeping with the season of Autumn, all of the Essences connected to the Metal element will be on sale this month! In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the Metal element is about what we value, how we want to ‘be seen’ in the world. It supports the Lung meridian to welcome the life force via the breath and its Yang partner meridian, the Large Intestine to let go of old stuff – thoughts, feelings, and attitudes which may be preventing us from being all that we can be. 

When these two meridians of the Metal element are functioning optimally, then we can present ourselves to the world in alignment with our values and desires. People who have a healthy Metal element demonstrate an alignment amongst their thoughts, feelings, and actions, and live a life of appreciation and gratitude for the natural rhythms and beauty in all of life.
