Shipping Policy

International orders will be shipped by the shipping provider that you choose during the checkout process.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose the shipping method.
It is highly recommended that the customer choose a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
Note: Some shipping services do not offer a tracking number. For more information, please review your shipping provider's website.
The shipping and handling fee will be calculated and included upon order.
Pacific Essences® Ltd. is not responsible for lost packages shipped without a tracking number, nor for delayed shipments due to weather, natural disasters, Customs' processing, merchandise seized by health regulations agencies or any other uncontrollable event that can interrupt shipping transportation.

All prices are in Canadian Currency (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
