I got this package in the mail right when I was having some extending coughing due to particle inhalation. I chose sand dollar based on intuition, having no idea about its properties. My coughing immediately stopped and my airway became calm. I did some research and was excited to discover its pathway is the lung meridian. Fun! Thanks so much. I look forward to learning more about the essences in my sea essences kit 4--I wanted to try it since it has essences classified in all 12 meridians.
