Heart Spirit

I’ve noticed a wonderful effect after taking this essence. A feeling of being held by calm reassurance that everything is gonna be okay. I let go and allowed myself to enjoy the peace.

I have been using essences for family and friends for 9 years, and for 3 years I have been working with clients. In our country, Bulgaria, the most popular are those of Dr. Bach and Australian flower essences.

My search for new tools led me here and for 1 year now I have been including the ready-made combinations of Pacific Essences. I find Heart Spirit to be the most amazing combination. They heal pain and sadness, bring joy. They give support when a person is upset, offended or feels lonely or rejected. This is an extremely universal and combination with a very wide field of action.

When i coughing and have chest itch, this works great to calm me down mentally and physically very well.

I was taking Being Peace right after waking up and before going to sleep for about 15 days, when I had an intuition for using topically the Heart Spirit Oil. Then I began massaging drops of Heart Spirit Oil in my chest to help healing my heart. I was feeling a guilty for such a long time not using essences to heal myself and people around me. The first times I massaged the heart point, it hurt. Now after a week or so I do not feel pain any longer. I feel releaved, but I´m quite sure that is only the beginning. I think I am ready to step up in digging myself a little further again.

I’ve used the essences many times in the past, and have always marveled at their ability to bring change, and move me both physically and energetically.

At the moment I am using the Heart Spirit Essence…..just holding it brought tears. The first day I took it frequently and could feel this almost hunger for it…like more please! So I followed this feeling and every 15- 20 minutes or so took the drops.
I’ve been closed off and tending to isolate and what happened was …my phone started to ring…people I love were calling…calls I couldn’t seem to make myself……I’m noticing I’m more receptive and relaxed…the tearfulness which I had no words for, has gone.

I’m still using the drops, but it’s 3-4 x a day, and each time I do take the drops I feel silently spoken to…like “all is well”seems to be the message.
