Change Your Energy...

We have recently launched a brand-new version of our website, and I am super excited to hear what you think! It’s live to explore, and while I’m sure there are even more elements we can add to make Pacific Essences as accessible as possible for you, I think this is a wonderful step in the evolution of our online home. 

Let me show you around!

The first thing you will notice is that we are inviting you to tap into the only true power you have – transforming yourself so that you are better able to respond to all of the situations and events of your daily life. ‘Change Your Energy, Change Your World’ is the invitation to be your optimal self in your relationships, in your work, in all of your life. You have the capacity to live with calm and joy in every present moment by selecting Essences that attract that energy. Essences that can recalibrate your own energy anatomy and physiology.

Front and centre on the page, you’ll find a colourful five-petaled flower. Each petal will take you to one of the five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). There you will discover Essences which may help you find the support from Mother Nature to cultivate Joy (Fire), Creativity (Wood), Ease (Earth), Gratitude (Metal), or Courage (Water). You can choose from a selection of Combination Essences, synergistic combinations which resonate with each Element.

Next, if you want to go even deeper you can click on one of several statements below the Element you have selected. This will bring you to all of the individual Flower, Sea and Gem Essences which resonate with the archetypal patterns of the energy pathways/meridians connected to that Element.

I am always looking for easier ways to help people access the elegance and simplicity of TCM. Through this lens, they can discover new ways to experience well-being in body, mind, and spirit. This ancient knowledge sees the physical and mental and emotional working together to experience health. Symptoms may be physical or emotional, but they are connected. All symptoms are relevant to come up with optimal solutions. For example, if you have heartburn or acid reflux you might ask yourself, “What experience or emotion am I not digesting at this moment in my life?”. And of course, one of my favourites which I am sure you have heard before: if you are constipated, ask yourself, “What old judgements, opinions, and criticisms am I hanging onto about others or about myself?”.

We have also made information about each Essence more accessible by having a one-line statement under each bottle image that captures the key resonance for that Essence. When you click on a particular product, you will find a few key statements about the Essence outlining how it might be of service to you. For more nuanced details about how a particular Essence is connected to meridians or chakras, and what its key attractors or challenges may be, the ‘More About This Essence’ button is there to help!

Of course, if you don’t have time to engage in this exploration, you can still search by keyword – just click on the magnifying glass at the top right of our homepage. All kinds of physical symptoms and mental and emotional states can be entered there, and it will take you to the top Essences relating to the keyword you have entered.

We have one final new feature that I’m incredibly excited to share! Right below the Five Petals on the home page, you can now ‘Pick a Card for Daily Inspiration’. Just tap on the box, and one of our beautiful Energy Medicine cards will appear just for you. Along with the image of the Flower or Sea Essence, there’s a powerful message from that Nature Spirit. I personally love picking cards and seeing what guidance the universe is offering me. And I really pay attention if the same card turns up a few times in a relatively short period of time - it kind of feels like the universe is asking me to turn my focus to something. I invite you to play with this option, and see if the universe is directing you to pay closer attention to some aspect of your life!
